Rustic Country Creations accepts returns of defective merchandise when you request authorization for the return within 30 business days of your purchase date.
You may return the product by contacting our customer service department within 30 days of the purchase date by emailing us with the reason for the return. Please state as much information as possible. Your email will be handled by one of our representatives who will verify the nature of the defect and determine eligibility for return. If the product is eligible for return, you must have the product mailed and in our return department within 45 days.
All returns are subject to the following:
* All products must be returned complete and in the original packaging with all documentation included.
* One way shipping only. Return shipping is paid by customer.
* Custom orders are considered final sales and may not be returned.
* No returns, for any reason, will be accepted after 45 days from the purchase date.
* You will be charged a 10% restocking fee on all non-defective returns received.
